DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Apply 3 times per day for 3 or 4 days, then once a day and at night.
• Apply Penetrene wash under a cotton wool bandage.
• Apply freely and bandage under cotton wool for from two to three hours or overnight.
• To use as an after work-out or race leg wash, mix 13ml of Penetrene with 750ml of water (or witch hazel), 250ml of vinegar and 0.6g salt.
• Apply freely and bandage under cotton wool for 2 – 3 hours or overnight.
• A muscle wash can be made by adding 13ml of Penetrene to 1 litre of water. Sponge the leg and body muscles with the mixture.
