If goods are ordered prior to 2pm they are normally shipped that day. Delivery of goods depends on address of customer. For Queensland non remote normally 1 – 2 days delivery. For other states allow 3 -7 delivery days.


Returns & Replacements 

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or does not meet the description. 

You must produce proof of purchase at this time, and you must notify us of any full priced items for refund or exchange within 14 days.

No refunds are given on items unless faulty.

You are welcome to have an instore credit that you are welcome to use at any time and on any item.

If you require a refund, this will only be paid to you by the method in which you originally paid. The items must be in original condition with all labels attached. No postage is refunded.

We have a Reply Paid Address that you are able to use for returns of faulty items. Please contact us for this address.

Ensure all Returns are enclosed with a complete list of your details, so we can process your return as quickly as possible.  

All exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rate when returned to you.Under no circumstances will we accept goods returned on a COD basis, they will be returned to you. 


Sale Information
During Sales only one promotion is valid at a time.
The best efforts will be made to ensure the customer receives the lower of the discount promotional offers.

Paying by Direct Deposit:

It is important that we receive your Direct Deposits within 5 working days of placement of your order.
The sooner we receive your payment, the higher the chance the stock will still be available.
If the item is a sale item, we require payment within 3 working days.
After this time we can not guarantee that we will still have the item available.

Polocrosse & Pony Club Discount

We are more than happy to offer a 10% discount to all current members of a Polocrosse or Pony Club.

This discount applies to all items, excluding any items on sale or a special price, vet lines, dressings and creams (including Nature's Botanicals), 'Aussie Boots', gifts and one or two other items that we stock occasionally.  Proof of membership must be provided if asked to disclose the information.

Ripstop Rugs         

Refers to the material & describes a way of modifying the wrap & weave of a fabric to enable it to contain rips & tears. Usually a man made toughened fabric, this does not mean that it is impossible to rip. It will not stop barbed wire tears, though will limit the damage caused.
