PULL ON RUBBER BELL BOOTS

Rubber bell boots offer a more flexible less ridgid protection than conventional overreach boots. 

They give great protection of the coronet band, hoof wall and heel bulb for horses that have a longer stride that may clip the delicate heel bulb with hind hooves.  

They're mostly used on the front feet, though there are some that can work on the hind feet.

A correctly sized bell boot should just touch the ground behind the bulbs of the heel while the horse is standing.

Usually, the sizes for pull-on boots go small (ponies), medium (Arabians and smaller Quarter Horses), large (Thoroughbred, larger stock-horses and Warmblood crosses) and extra-large (sport horses).

Sizing may vary with hoof size.
